Free checklist

the hotel content
rights checklist.

every right to settle before you shoot or license. run through this once and you will never hand a hotel unlimited use by accident again.

usage channelswhich channels are licensed: organic social, website and email, paid ads, booking platforms, print, out-of-home. anything not listed is not granted.
termhow long the hotel may use the content, by channel. perpetual, unlimited use is the most expensive grant, not the default.
territorywhere it may run: single market, region, or worldwide. worldwide paid use is a premium.
exclusivitywhether you may license similar work to competitors. exclusivity restricts your income and is paid for separately.
raw filesedited deliverables only, or unedited originals too. raw transfer is a premium.
resale and sublicensingwhether the hotel may pass rights to third parties such as OTAs or tourism boards.
AI training and alterationwhether the imagery may train AI or be altered into synthetic media. default to no without separate permission.
postingwhether you also post to your audience. that is influencing, priced separately from the license.
releases and deliverymodel and property releases, creative approval, turnaround, and how finished assets are delivered.
