Please read these terms carefully — by accessing, creating a profile on, or using The Creator List you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Last updated .
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is true and accurate, and that you have the legal right to use and post everything you upload. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You may not create accounts by automated means, impersonate others, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the Operator. By accessing or using the Service you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We provide a space for travel creators to present a professional profile and be discovered by brands, hotels, airlines, tourism boards, and other potential clients. We are a listing and discovery service only. We do not broker deals, handle project payments between creators and clients, negotiate, guarantee quality or performance, or verify the identity, credentials, legal status, or conduct of any user beyond any limited, discretionary checks we may perform. You use the Service, and deal with other users, entirely at your own risk and judgment.
You are solely responsible for: the accuracy of your profile; owning or licensing all content you upload; your communications, agreements, contracts, pricing, invoicing, deliverables, and conduct with any client; and your own taxes, insurance, permits, visas, travel, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to post false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content, or fake, purchased, or incentivised reviews.
The "Creator List Reviewed," "Portfolio Reviewed," and "Featured Creator" marks, search ranking, homepage or featured placement, and any similar signals are awarded, withheld, changed, or removed entirely at our sole discretion. They are quality or editorial signals only, are not guarantees of anything, and confer no rights. Automated features such as brand-match scores are informational estimates, not professional advice or endorsements.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) and may suspend, remove, or delete any profile, content, or account, at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Subscription plans renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until you cancel, and you authorise recurring charges until cancellation. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which your plan reverts to Free. We may change prices, plans, or features on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your membership. Membership improves profile features and placement only and does not promise outcomes, work, or income.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused features. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund amounts already paid. The one-time "Lifetime" plan grants membership for as long as the Service remains available and is subject to change or discontinuation; "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not a guarantee of perpetual availability. Discretionary items — the Reviewed and Portfolio Reviewed marks, Featured status, and placement — are never refundable on the basis that they were not awarded, were changed, or were removed. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
We collect the information you provide to create your account and profile (such as name, email, location, portfolio media, links, rates, and preferences), limited technical and usage data, and payment information handled by our payment processor. We use this to operate and improve the Service, display your public profile, provide the features you request, prevent abuse, and communicate with you. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — including Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting and functions), Stripe (payments), and, where you enable it, an email provider — each acting under contract and only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.
You choose which profile fields are public. You can edit or delete your profile and request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Note that information you have made public (such as a testimonial or profile that others have seen or cached) may persist outside our control. Marketing emails are sent only to those who opt in, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security; you provide information at your own risk. The Service is operated from, and your data may be processed in, the United States.
The Service depends on trust. Every creator agrees to: only upload work they created or have full rights to use; keep their profile accurate and represent their real skills, experience, and history; never post fake, purchased, or incentivised reviews; be honest about availability, rates, and turnaround; and treat clients professionally, on and off the platform. Testimonials are collected from real clients via a secure link; misuse of that system is prohibited.
We do not allow nudity or sexually explicit content, harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, spam, scams, misleading claims, or content that infringes another's rights or violates any law. We use automated filters and human review, and anyone may report a profile. We may hide, remove, or refuse any content or account that we determine, in our sole discretion, breaches these standards — without liability.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and promote your profile and content in connection with operating and marketing the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for backups, legal compliance, or already shared. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence. The Creator List name, logo, marks, and site design are the Operator's property and may not be used without permission.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including: identification of the work; the location (URL) of the material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act. We may remove the content and will notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notice. We may terminate repeat infringers. Send notices to app@thesleepymillionaire.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or bookings, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your dealings with any other user, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. In no event will the Operator's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, employees, and providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your content; your use or misuse of the Service; your breach of these Terms or any law; or any dispute, agreement, transaction, or dealing between you and any client, creator, or third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Operator is based, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Operator's home state (or, where the Operator elects, resolved by binding individual arbitration), and you consent to that jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Creator List is operated by The Sleepy Millionaire as an independent business. It is a profile and discovery directory and does not employ, represent, or guarantee any creator, and is not a party to any agreement between creators and clients.
The Creator List ("the Service," "we," "us"), operated by The Sleepy Millionaire ("the Operator"), is a profile and discovery directory only. We do not guarantee work, income, bookings, brand deals, hotel or airline collaborations, travel opportunities, hiring outcomes, or any result of any kind. We do not employ, manage, represent, endorse, vet the safety of, or act as an agent for any creator, brand, hotel, or client. We are not a party to and take no responsibility for any communication, agreement, contract, booking, payment, deliverable, cancellation, dispute, travel, conduct, injury, or loss between creators and clients. All such dealings are solely between those parties, at their own risk. Paid membership provides profile features and placement only — it is never a promise of opportunities, results, or income. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
