What a hire-ready portfolio needs

Brands decide fast. Give them exactly what they need to say yes.

Your best, not your most

Lead with a tight set of your strongest images. Cut anything that does not sell the booking.

Show the use case

Group work by the kind of job it wins: rooms, food, campaigns, UGC. Buyers scan for their need.

Say what you do

List specialties, the destinations you cover and your availability, the fields brands filter on.

Add proof

Client testimonials and the Portfolio Reviewed mark build trust before the first message.

Make it findable

Host it where buyers already search, with a clean custom URL you can share anywhere.

Keep it current

Refresh your work and availability so you look active and easy to book.

Where to host your portfolio

A personal site looks nice but sits invisible unless someone already knows your name. The Creator List hosts your portfolio inside a directory that hotels, tourism boards and brands actively search when they need to hire, so your best work is discoverable by the people with budgets. You get a clean profile, a custom URL, and the option to have your portfolio reviewed by our team to earn the Portfolio Reviewed mark.

On a paid plan you can hold up to fifty photos, embed video, add social links and see which brands your aesthetic already matches. It is a directory, so any work that comes from it is yours: brands contact and pay you directly, with no commission.

Common questions

How many images should a portfolio have?

Quality over volume. A focused set of your strongest work beats a large mixed gallery. Free profiles include up to twelve photos, paid plans up to fifty.

Do I need my own website too?

You can have one, but a findable profile where buyers search matters more. Your Creator List profile gives you a clean custom URL to share.

What is the Portfolio Reviewed mark?

It means our team has reviewed your portfolio. It is separate from Creator List Certified, which is earned by completing The Path.

The Creator List, where creators get found by brands. We never broker deals or take a commission.
